Just to clarify, my badge hacking contest has never given out a black badge to the winner. Maybe this year, maybe not. Obviously, I'd love to award a black badge to the winner, but that's not up to me and it all depends on if The Dark Tangent deems the contest worthy enough to award such an honor. -kp

hah the interface colors aren't the only thing that makes ipcop "my-first-firewall". It might be fine for your needs, I found there are much better open source solutions for my deployments. I ditched ipcop several years ago and switched to m0n0wall, now using pfSense as well in a number of installs.

Yeah great board indeed, what else can you expect to buy for $199. Thanks for pointing out, with so many boards it gets tough to decide which one to use.

That is brilliant, may I use this in the information warfare section of my course for security managers: Management 512 SANS Security Leadership Essentials: http://www.sans.org/training/description.php?mid=62

It really is thought provoking and any time you can get multiple use out of a mental model, you engage more neurons!

Nice shots! Myself, I'm drooling over the new Nikon D300. If it only was not that expensive. Perhaps when I'm over in Las Vegas for the Blackhat in summer. It's so much cheaper in the states than here in Europe.
