Welcome to the hackinSTACK blog!
I am a security researcher working for a 30K+ employee organization in Chicago, IL. I live with my cat “Toes” and about a dozen computers which keep me warm during the long winter months. I grew up in a very suburban area, but now find myself having to adjust to the “big city” life and all that it brings with it. (both good and bad)
These pages are here to keep my friends, family and more often than not - complete strangers - informed of things going on around me. I try to contribute new content instead of rehashing what is on a million other websites and some of the more basic information is just here to make sure I don’t forget it. I may be a little wordy in my postings, but In the end I am a technologist and not a writer… if nothing else, I hope you find something interesting and enjoy your stay!
